Artwork can be supplied in the following formats:

QuarkXpress files (version 5)

Fonts must be included with the file.
The resolution of the graphics within the document must be 300dpi for mono or colour images/photos. Lineart (e.g. Scanned mono logos with no tints) must be 600dpi.
All associated files e.g. imported tiffs, eps, jpegs must be supplied with the QuarkXpress file.

Freehand 10, Illustrator 10

Convert fonts to paths/outlines.
Any images within the file must be saved with the resolutions as above. Associated files must be supplied.
(If possible, also include the fonts used)

TIFF, JPEG

300dpi for images colour, mono/b&w.
600dpi for lineart.

PDF

Embed all fonts and ensure graphics are saved at the resolution above.

With all file formats, please ensure that artwork has been created at the correct size/dimensions.
